Everett MA firefighters responded to a fast moving 2 Alarm fire at the Ramos Iron Works Company on Bartlett St. First arriving companies were met with heavy smoke and fire showing from the 1 story metal warehouse type building. Crews were faced with difficult conditions which included exposure problem in the rear of the building as well as acetylene and oxygen tanks inside. Mutual aid companies from Chelsea, Somerville and Boston responded to the scene to assist Everett during the fire. No injuries were reported at the scene and the cause of the fire was under investigation.
