Malden Mass firefighters responded to a 2nd alarm house fire at 1 Woodland St. on December 17, 2009. Companies were hampered fighting the balze due to outside tempetures of 11 degrees. Two occupants and one firefighter were transported to are hospitals with minor injuries.
